Product: photosmart 5510 B111 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer stopped printing black when one of the colour tanks became emtpy.  Installing a new genuine black cartridge did not solve the problem  and do not have on hand a new colour cartridge.  Will purchase a new colour cartrdige to replace the empty one but in the meantime need to be able to print in black.  Did an automatic head clean but that also did not solve my problem
