HP ENVY 4520
Mac OS X 10.7 Lion

I have an HPENVY 4520.  It was working and now is "offline."   I plugged it in instead of using wireless but it is still not working.  Please help

I tried what you said and was able to delete all other printers and add the HPENVY back in.  Yesterday it worked.  Today it says it is offline again.  Please help!!

I got as far as "adding printer"  this happened before.  Nothing appears.  I waited five minutes

This issue could occur if the router is very far from the printer

2. Repair disk permissions with Disk Utility

 

3. HP Printer Drivers v5.0 for OS X

 

Note: In step 3 you need to click on the download button after opening the link and then install the software.
