Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I replaced the black ink cartrige in my printer and now everytime i print anything i get a message saying that my color cartrige is not an hp cartrige.
i didnt change the color cartrige and the color cartrige in the printer is from costo.
this is crap to have to put up with these msgs every time i want to print.
how to resolve this?
if there is no resolution this will be my last hp printer
