This question comes up quite often so I thought it would be helpful to post a link here for an HP document that covers the steps for both Windows and MAC computer users who are getting this error when trying to print.

I followed the link but I am still stuck. I am unable to see the paper size.

STILL GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE " PAPER SIZE MISMATCH

I am getting the message that paper needs to loaded into the tray, but the tray is full. I've followed all the suggested solutions & am not sure what else to do.
