Hi @Custombuilder1,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are getting the error code 01B3B8E6 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 typically indicates a hardware issue that can often be resolved through troubleshooting.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer.

Check for Firmware Updates: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Ensure that your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates using the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP Support website.

Clear any Paper Jams:

  • Open all accessible areas of the printer to check for and clear any paper jams.

Reinstall Ink Cartridges:

  • Remove the ink cartridges and then reinsert them to ensure they are properly seated.

Reset the Printer to Factory Settings:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the settings menu.
  • Find the option to restore factory defaults. This will reset the printer to its original factory settings.

Perform a Printer Reset via HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Select your printer, and navigate to the “Advanced Settings” or “Tools” section.
  • Look for an option to perform a printer reset.

Check Power Supply:

  • Ensure that the power supply is stable. Avoid using surge protectors or power strips, as they can sometimes cause power issues.
