HP envy inspire 7200e series. Relatively new. Printer touchscreen shows a blue screen with a power button symbol and the numbers 049934E8.
I cannot access the printer network settings because of this screen. The network symbol light is not lit up on the printer. It is connected via Ethernet-usb to my WFH computer that has a vpn and blocks wireless printing. Unplugging for 30 seconds doesn’t work. I work from home. My employers IT was no help at all. Is there not a way to reset the printer to factory settings without the use of the touchscreen?
