Hello,
I am having trouble with a Printer. Since we purchased it, never worked as we expected. Now when we power it on it shows this error 0XC4EB9004. We dont know how to fix this since there is not a lot of infomation to fix this issue. Printer is a Smart Tank 530
Thank you in advance for all the help you can give us.

Hi azofeifa
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet, then turn on the printer.
Check the Printhead:
- Open the printer cover and carefully remove the printhead.
- Reinsert the printhead securely and close the cover.
- Restart the printer to see if the error persists.
Reset the Printer:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and then reconnect it to the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might be best to contact HP support or take the printer to an authorized service center for further assistance.
*In the event that your printer is under warranty (12 months from the date of purchase) we advise you to contact our warranty support
I hope the above is helpful
