Hope someone can help with an issue I'm having with my HP inkjet Pro 6830 printer. There's an error; 0x610004a, its coming up every time i power up the printer and i have no idea why and how to fix it. I just went out to purchase new cartridges to replace the existing one but, the error still occurs. I would appreciate any help in resolving this annoying problem. Thanks.
