I get these two messages and I have followed all the instructions with no success.
There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Press OK to try to fix it. If the problem persists, turn the printer off and on again. If you continue to receive the message, contact HP. 0x61011bed
Solution 1: Reset the product Turn off the product, unplug the power cord. Plug the cord back in and press the power button to turn on the product.
Solution 2: Contact HP Support. Note the error code in the section and contact HP support.
