12 months Free trail

Hi I bought my daughter a printer for christmas and when bought argos had and offer that you get 12 months free instant ink.on the box it says 3 months free but when bought on the website it said 12 months free I have a pic of the purchase. Cut a long story short I turned it on and setup last night and signed up for instant ink at it only gave me one month free ink. Why is this and how do I get it resolved thanks. Setting these things up def arnt easy for your average Joe...

The 12 month that is on the Argos website is not advertised by HP, you will have to reach them for the same.

About the 3 months on the box, 

Please share an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
