@SC71-72, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP ENVY 6075 printer. Let's try to tackle these errors one by one.

Error 0x8000ffff

This error often relates to Windows update issues or system restore problems. Here are some steps you can try:

Run Windows Update Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Check for Malware:

  • Use Windows Defender or your preferred antivirus software to scan your system for malware.

Reset Windows Store Cache:

  • Press Win + R, type wsreset.exe, and press Enter.

Perform a System File Check:

  • Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run sfc /scannow.

Error 0x00000709

This error usually occurs when setting a default printer. Here are some steps to resolve it:

Modify Registry Settings:

  • Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
  • Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows.
  • Right-click on the Windows folder and select Permissions.
  • Ensure your user account has full control.
  • Change the value of the Device key to your printer's name (e.g., "HP ENVY 6075, winspool, Ne03:").

Set Printer as Default:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your printer and select Set as default printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
