HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

This is now the second 2710e I’ve bought because I thought the first one was faulty but now this new one is doing exactly the same. The lights are on solid and it’s not doing anything at all. I’ve tried unplugging it, making sure the paper is loaded properly, taking the cartridges out then putting them back in, and just today, left it unplugged for 3 hours and still, lights just stay on solid and I can’t do anything with it. Has anyone else had the same issue? Or does anyone know how to at least factory reset it?
