Hi in the last year I’ve had 9 printers from HP I bought some but they all had issues almost immediately.  I contacted support as I work from home and need to print.  They have sent me 4 replacement printers and none have worked immediately.  I’ve spent over 60 hours trying to resolve issues over webchat and phone and managers have not called me back despite being promised.  This has cost me money through work and s lot of time.  My son is critically ill and an advisor told me it was what I deserved for him to die.  I would like to escalate this higher than HP as their complaints team just send me broken replacements and close the case down. I’ve had to buy so much ink as they try and tell me that’s the problem even though I subscribed and have never successfully printed anything.  There must be a governing body I can go to.  I contacted them today and they said the printer is now out of warranty but it has never actually worked.  Please can someone help.  I have emailed them but like I say they send another faulty printer and close the case down.
