HP Recommended

DeskJet 4100e will not print 4/6 index cards.  Printer printed index card yesterday just fine.  Had to replace color cartridge.  Not printer will not print index card.  Have turned printer on and off.  Have unplugged printer for a hard reset.  Card apparently sticks in the mechanism.  This has always been a sub par printer. Now very aggravated that I cannot complete a simple print job.
