HP Recommended

I am using geniune HP cartridges but they are 61XL.  Should still work in this printer.   How to fix so cartridges work and are compatible to this printer

Yes, this printer model is compatible with HP 61/HP 61XL ink cartridges in the US. Were the printer and the ink cartridges bought in the same region?

Which of the ink cartridge is indicated in the error?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
