I installed 63XL and it calls it a bogus cartridge. This is not a reload. YOU got your money. I need my prints/

Are you using a genuine HP Ink cartridge?
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
