Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have not printed 4x6 photos in a long time, and now I can't get them to print. The paper comes out blank except for black streaks on the back side. Seems like there are past posts about this, but did not see a resolution. Have restarted both my laptop and the printer. Tried printing from the HP Smart app, and no luck. Will see if I need new drivers. Running Big Sur on a MacBook pro. Will keep trying, but help is appreciated!
