Hi, 

 

Like a few others on this site I purchased a HP Printer (Envy 6032) this week but I cannot get the 5 month free trial working. 

 

I've paid for the £1.99 p/m InstaInk subscription but nothing has happened and I still can't add the 5 month free trial to my account. Any ideas on how to add it? 

 

I don't have a code or anything as nothing came with my printer, just a booklet saying I had a 5 month free trial.
