Hello HP, 

Running into "Cartridge Problem" error on my printer every time the officejet is powered on - I tried cleaning the cartridge as suggested in the thread below but still no luck.

Which ink cartridge is indicated in the error?

Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge. Try using an alternate ink cartridge if available.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.

 

If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
