59.C0 error code - HP LaserJet Pro M283fdw is appeared

It asked me to restore the tonner. I did. But the code still appear.
If I am not using the Original one from HP. I wonder, if I bought a new set tonner from you but the problem still not be solved. What can I do?

I understand that you are having issues with the 59.C0 error code.

 

59.C0

The developer-disengagement motor experienced a rotational error.

 

Turn the printer off, and then on.

If the error persists, contact customer support at www.hp.com/go/contactHP, or contact an HP-authorized service or support provider.
