Hi,
My printer has suddenly developed a problem with its Black no cartridge (it’s showing a black dot with the error message, I’m assuming this means the black cartridge is the problem).
it’s telling me there is a problem with my ink cartridge, and to remove and reinstall it. I’ve done this, rebooted the printer and the message is still there.
Nothing I know of has happened with my printer. No new cartridges for a while, no updates. It’s been a happy printer since I got it.
I do need to print some stuff so I’ll be grateful for some help,
thanks,
Tina

Thanks, I rebooted by power off. No luck. I’ll ask for a new cartridge.
Thanks,
Tina

Hello,
Please click https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-photo-6200-all-in-one-printer-series/9073045/document/c... to access the steps that should resolve the issue .
If issue still persists you may have to get a new Black Cartridge.
However this printer can print using one cartridge. Till you get a new Black cartridge, i'd suggest you yo remove the existing black cartridge from the printer and just have the Tri color cartridge and then print. Instead of Black output you'd get Grey .
