Hi @SvetlinMBM

The error code 63.00.3F on your HP printer generally indicates an issue related to the printer's communication, specifically with memory or an internal software issue. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve this problem:

Steps to Resolve Error Code 63.00.3F

  1. Restart the Printer:

    • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable.
    • Wait for about 60 seconds before plugging the power cable back in and turning the printer on.
  2. Check for Firmware Updates:

    • Ensure that your printer is running the latest firmware version, as updates can fix bugs and improve performance.
    • Visit the official HP support website to download the latest firmware for your specific printer model.
  3. Reset the Printer:

    • Access the "Settings" menu on your printer.
    • Navigate to "Restore Defaults" or "Factory Reset" option and reset the printer settings. This will revert any configurations that might be causing the error.
  4. Inspect and Reinstall Memory Modules:

    • If your printer has additional memory modules (DIMMs or EDOs), turn off the printer and reseat the modules.
    • Ensure they are properly installed and free from dust or damage.
  5. Verify Network Connections:

    • Check that all network cables are secure and there are no loose connections.
    • If using a wireless network, check that the printer is properly connected to your network.
