7640 Won't Print #10 envelopes from Publisher!!!

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Trying to print a #10 envelope from Microsoft Publisher (and tried word) but always get a paper mismatch error!!! I have already changed on printer settings in the printer itself to be envelope and loaded the envelope. Problem is I cannot choose envelope as a paper size when going to print from Publisher-the printer does not list this as a paper choice. Won't let me manually change the paper size either. Beyond frustrated. I am not new to computers, printers and settings but this one is aggravating!!! In this day and age it should be easy to print a standard size #10 envelope. This size envelope is not listed under the advanced documents under paper output>paper size settings either. Tried to export to PDF and still won't work. HELP
