In the printer settings I have selected for the printer to automatically select the right paper tray.  I have tablolid paper in tray 2, but when printing a tabloid doc, it tries to use tray 1 (letter).  I have to manually tell it to use tray 2 for it to print a tabloid document.

Hi,

Please open and close Tray 1 and follow the prompt on screen to ensure the correct paper size is selected as Letter.

Now repeat the same on Tray 2 and ensure the correct size is select as, look for A3, Ledger or Tabloid and see if it can then automatically use the correct paper tray

I did that, but the printer still thinks tray 2 has letter.  I had to use the modify function to make tray 2 be identified as holding tabloid paper.
