HP Recommended

My envy 7858 printer won’t load past the initial startup screen with the 7 bubbles. Won’t even let me turn it off unless unplugging it. Tried plugging directly into a power outlet. Tried removing the ink cartridges and letting it sit for a couple minutes. Tried unplugging it for a few minutes. Need to print important documents and not receiving any help.
