I created a table in MS Word. Original document looks perfect on screen.

 

When I print/preview, much of the data is missing.

Some places to check...

Full driver printer software is required for Printing within Word.

 

Also, check that the Printer Properties > Advanced > Driver is set to the HP driver as opposed to the Microsoft / IPP drivers.

 

Example - Printer Properties - Advanced Reprint / Driver settings

Perhaps try Export to PDF > Save as PDF > Open and Print the PDF file.

Any difference?

 

Page size and Paper size used to print matched?

 

Other table elements that might be contributing?

after an hour chatting with HP are printer, they said it wasn’t a problem with printer.

 

After chatting two hours with MS team, still no resolution.

 

Then my husband and I figured it out—unchecking “Formatting” solved the problem!

so I’m good. Thank you (and the others who responded) for trying. I appreciate it,
