Product: 8035 Office Jet

My relatively new Officejet printer boots up properly, shows the right home page on the screen, and will print fine ... but after a little while of inactivity, the screen turns white and all lights flash.  Rebooting doesn't help, starts out fine, then goes haywire. I have cleaned the heads and updated to the last firmware.   Any suggestions?

I understand that your printer screen turns white and all the light flashes, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer to fix this issue.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
