Officejet Pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi;

I am having the same issue mentioned in the thread: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/Officejet-Pro-8610-Damaged-...

I have tried all the options mentioned in the responses:

1)Download and update the firmware, it's grayed out and does not allow me to select on my printer to update firmware. Status shows up to date.

2)I reseated the print head 3 times. Repeated the process for 3 times and checked.

3)I have tried with 3 different refilled cartridges.

4)I also removed print head and cleaned it and the contacts with isopropyl alcohol.

I still receive the same error and I am not able to use the printer. Before kicking it out to the curb and never buying any HP products ever, I wanted to ask you if you have any solutions for me...

Thanks...
