Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have a Hp Office jet Pro 8620. The printer randomly comes up with Printer error with all lights flashing including power button. Screen says turn power off and on, no error codes. Printer works fine after cycling the power until next time it happens. This randomly happens only when the printer is not being used. Tried the hard reset by unplugging it. No help.
