Printer just stopped in the middle of a job and won't continue to print.

The "Jobs" tab says it's printing, but the wheel icon will just keep spinning.

It will check cartridges and buttons and menu work fine, but it won't do anything.

I've reset, unplugged, reinstalled drivers and firmware, and all the other recommendations, but nothing is working.

It does say the cartridges are depleted, but I know the levels are fine. I would consider buying new cartridges, but not for a brick.

@wutishappening, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
