Product: 8710 printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have an HP 8710 printer.  For the last 3 months, the majority of documents are printing in reverse page order. I have no idea how to fix this.  It's happening on both my HP laptop and MacBook.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes to your printer? 
  • What's the application you are trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

While you respond to that, update the printer firmware if possible

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
  • Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Hi, the printer drivers are up to date.  It's happening from both Mac and PC laptops.  Happens on word, powerpoint, pdf, outlook....
