TENGO UNA IMPRESORA HP OFFICEJET PRO 9020, AL INICIAR LA EL PROCESO DE ENCENDIDO DEL EQUIPO, ESTE COMIENZA A CARGAR Y NO TERMINA SU PROCESO, DETENIENDOSE AL LOS POCOS SEGUNDOS DE HABER INICIADO, POR LO QUE DESPUES ME SALE UN ERROR EN PANTALLA AZUL MOSTRANDOME UN CODIGO 8AF30001 Y EL SIMBOLO DE ENCENDIDO O POWER.

 

INTENTE HACER EL DOWNGRADE, PERO NO ME PERMITE PASAR DE AHI.

INTENTE BAJAR EL FIRMWARE POR MEDIO DEL MENU TECNICO, EN LA OPCION DRIVE REFLASH, PERO DE NUEVO, FALLA!
