HP Recommended

So - hi everyone.
I can select to print a document and all is fine but the document never arrives in the print tray icon.
I run the various HP diagnostics and virtual assistant and nothing works.
Under  WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS there is no files.

I believe it to be my machine as my spouse can print from their machine to the same printer.
Please can anyone assist?
