HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

9015e B8350556 msg. Tried powering off and restarting computer. Nothing works

When powering off make sure you actually unplug the cable from the back of the printer for the thirty seconds

 

You may need to reset the printer.  if the front panel reset does not work then do the hidden menu reset:
