Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your !

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP OfficeJet 9025e printer displays the message "Problem with Supply System," you can follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check the Ink Cartridges for Leaks

  1. Open the door to access the ink cartridges. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
  2. Remove an ink cartridge.
  3. Inspect the ink cartridge for leaks.
    • Obtain a new cartridge if the old cartridge is leaking.
    • If the cartridge is not leaking, it can be re-installed.
  4. Install the ink cartridge into its slot.
  5. Repeat these steps for the other ink cartridges.
  6. Close the cartridge access door.

Reset the Printer

  1. Press the power button to turn off the printer. If the printer does not turn off, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  3. Wait 60 seconds.
  4. Connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Reseat the Printhead (if applicable)

  1. Open the door or lid to the cartridge access area. Wait until the carriage stops moving before continuing.
  2. Look for a latch on the carriage.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  4. Lift the carriage latch, slightly lift the printhead, lower the printhead back into the carriage, wiggle the printhead left and right, and then lower the carriage latch until it stops.
  5. Close the door or lid to the cartridge access area.
  6. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
