Product: M527

m527 with 99.09.62 unknown disk.  I have reset the admin and service password.  Gives me disk partition clean error when I try to format.  Won't load firmware.  Can someone give me the correct steps on how to get the HDD to load the firmware.

Likely the drive has failed. If you are unable to format the drive. If you have access to the preboot menu, run the service diagnostics.
