HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer

After my document prints a second blank page spits out.  This usually only happens in one page documents.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are having issues with printing blank pages.

 

  • Your print job includes extra blank pages.
  • Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
  • Update the printer firmware. For help, see Update the firmware on an HP printer.
  • Press the information button () to print a test page directly from the printer.
  • If the test page is blank, continue to the next step.
  • If the page prints correctly, the printer is working. Check the file for problems.
  • Remove and then add your printer on your computer.
  • Windows 11:
  • Select Bluetooth & Devices, then Printers & Scanners, then select your printer and click Remove.
  • Select Bluetooth & Devices, then Printers & Scanners, and then Add device and select your printer.
  • Mac:
  • Click the Spotlight icon , and then search for and open Printers & Scanners.
  • Click the printer name, click Remove Printer or the Remove button , and then click Remove Printer or Delete Printer when prompted.
  • Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax or the Add button , select your printer in the list, and then click Add.
  • Uninstall the HP printer software. For help, see Uninstall HP printer software and drivers.
  • Reinstall the printer software; either HP Smart (preferred), or the built-in driver for your operating system.
