the last 2 days my computer kept printing when I wanted it to stop. I touched the screen to stop before any printing actually started, however a blank paper came through and then the computer would attempt to  print again. There were no assignments in the que (cue). that happened 15 times that I got a blank paper. However, now I am charged for those pages . How do I get a reimbursement on my account?

I got the printer under control but I shouldn't have the 15 pages that went through my computer without using any ink to be added to my account.

My printer is  a Hp 7EE0BA office jet pro 6978

Pease advise what I should do or who to contact

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message. 

 

To locate your account, please provide

Your registered email address

Your Instant Ink account ID

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink

Confirm your address,
