Hi @10-04-32-39,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is acting like it's printing but the paper comes out clean, there could be a few potential issues to troubleshoot.

  • Empty or Low Ink Cartridges: Even if the printer seems to be going through the motions, if the ink cartridges are empty or low on ink, no ink will be deposited on the paper. Check the ink levels on your printer and replace any cartridges that are low.
  • Clogged Print Heads: If the print heads are clogged, ink may not be able to flow properly onto the paper. Many HP printers have a utility for cleaning the print heads, which you can typically access through the printer's settings menu.
  • Incorrect Paper Settings: Ensure that the paper settings in the printer driver match the type and size of paper you're using. If the settings are incorrect, the printer may be trying to print onto a different area of the paper, resulting in blank pages.
  • Driver Issues: Sometimes, printer driver issues can cause printing problems. Try reinstalling the printer drivers on your computer to see if that resolves the issue.
  • Paper Jam: Even if the paper is coming out of the printer, there could be a paper jam preventing the ink from being deposited onto the page. Open the printer and check for any jammed paper or debris that may be obstructing the printing process.
  • Faulty Ink Cartridges: In some cases, ink cartridges themselves may be faulty or incompatible with your printer model. Try using different cartridges to see if that resolves the issue.
  • Printer Hardware Problems: If none of the above solutions work, there may be a hardware problem with your printer.

Try these troubleshooting steps to see if you can identify and resolve the issue with your HP printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
