HP Recommended
MFP 725z
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Copier was installed with an admin password and I need to reset it because the tech didn't leave it. I need to set up scan to email.

Cold reset from the preboot menu will reset printer setting.

You will need to set up all printers settings after cold reset, print yourself a configuration page before resetting it.

If cold reset is not helpful a partial clean of HDD and firmware upgrade will remove all passwords for sure.
