Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Over the weekend Windows upgraded itself to version 10.0.19041 Build 19041 and since then it can no longer see my Envy 4500. The Envy 4500 app just times out and says it can't find the printer.

I have then used the virtual agent which suggested I un-install all of the drivers and re-install. I have done this but when I start the install process I complete stages 1 and 2 but when I get to the 3rd stage it says it can't get to the website. The install app is very dated and it looks like it has the old HP web site uRL and I can only guess it doesn't like having a re-direct. If I type in the url in my browser, it re-directs to the new location.

Any help with this would be much appreciated as I have some urgent scanning I need to do and I no longer have a scanner which works 😞

Thanks.
