I am having a problem with aligning the ink cartridges. My copies come out fuzzy. I did everything right I printed something out and I'm supposed to tell the computer out of all these lines which ones are the lightest, least visible. I don't have the best eyes but I'm sure I did it right and still the fuzziness. Is there any other way to align the cartridges?

Are you facing the same issue while making a copy?

Did you try printing with a different cartridge?

Update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/model/1126203...

Restart the printer.

Thank you for joining the HP Support Community

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer?

Are you using genuine HP ink cartridge?

Keep me posted,

Have a great day!

It is a HP deskjet 3755. Yes I am using genuine HP ink. I tried doing the alignment and it prints out a page and I am supposed to choose out of several lines which one is the least visible. It doesn't just align it for me. Is there another ways to align the cartridges there's a computer or something that isn't going to ask me to choose those lines? Thank you so much for your help

Also I just printed out a test page and everything was perfect it's just when I print anything else. Could it be possibly using my phone to print things that could be messing it up? I wouldn't think so.
