Photo smart C6350 all-in-one

Printer worked totally fine before. I replaced the black ink cartridge and now it won’t align. It will align with the color inks but no black ink. I’ve unplugged the printer, I’ve cleaned the copper contact surfaces, I’ve cleaned the printer heads, I checked that the paper was fine. The printer recognized it was an HP ink cartridge and it even shows the full ink level.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
