Today I bought new original HP cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 8600 (windows 10). I did the cleaning and alignment but always get the error "alignment unsuccessful". There was some cracking noise while alignment. I used the hp doctor but still, alignment failed. I cannot print out a color test page. Only a black page with a weak black color. Before I changed the cartridges the printer worked just perfectly fine. Any advice?
