Microsoft Windows XP

1410v All-In-One printer has stopped feeding paper.  The single pick-up roller in the bottom of the chassis does not turn at all.  All rollers have been cleaned and printer has been reset by pulling power while turned on.

@Aerostar, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If the rollers are already cleaned and it is stuck, this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
