Hi @Julie_228,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2752e All-In-One Printer isn't starting up after being turned off while you were on vacation, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Power Connection: Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into both the printer and a working power outlet.
  • Verify Power Source: Test the power outlet with another device to ensure it's functioning properly. If the outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is turned on.
  • Inspect Power Adapter: If your printer uses an external power adapter, check it for any damage or defects. Try using a different power adapter if possible.
  • Restart Printer: Sometimes, printers can encounter errors that prevent them from starting up properly. Try unplugging the power cord from the printer, waiting for a minute, and then plugging it back in.
  • Reset Printer: Many printers have a reset button or sequence that can be used to reset the device to its factory settings. Consult your printer's user manual or support documentation for instructions on how to perform a reset.
  • Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no paper jams or foreign objects obstructing the printer's internal mechanisms.

By going through these steps, you should be able to determine the cause of the issue and take appropriate action to get your printer up and running again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
