When all lights are blinking on your HP Smart Tank 750 printer, it could indicate several potential issues, such as a paper jam, printhead problem, or another error condition. Here's a guide to help you resolve the problem:

 

Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer and inspect the input and output trays for any jammed paper. Carefully remove any paper you find.

Inspect Printhead and Carriage

  • Lift the ink access door and ensure the printhead carriage is not obstructed. Make sure the printhead cover is securely closed.

Check Ink Levels

  • Verify that the ink tanks have sufficient ink. If any tanks are low or empty, refill them accordingly.

Reset the Printer

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source and wait for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and the printer. Turn on the printer.

Refer to Error Codes

  • Look at the printer display or control panel to identify any specific error codes that might indicate the problem.
