Tried all the possible steps already mentioned.
But still the lights are flashing frequently and also the printer's direct wifi and USB recognition is not happening with Laptop.

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Blinking Lights and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
