All ok till yesterday, now only prints partial pages from smartphone.

Android 9.0 Pie

I have the hp smart app installed on my Moto Z3 play and printing always worked great until yesterday when it started printing partial pages. Tried to printout bank statement and it prints an inch or two then stops and sends out the rest blank. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I could find but still no good. On instant ink program.

@Mikemc2001, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Certain banks will have restrictions on the content that can be printed.
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

If the copy is also blank, perform the steps mentioned in this document.

Clean the printhead and print a print quality page.
