Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your All Printer Lights Flashing with Error Code E!

If all the control panel lights are blinking on your HP Smart Tank 455 printer and it displays an error code E, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Reset the Printer

Turn Off the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer. If the printer does not turn off, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the Power Cord:

  • Unplug the power cord from the power source and wait for 60 seconds.

Reconnect the Power:

  • Connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and to the printer.

Turn On the Printer:

  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset process.
